Both facilities offer long term skilled care and short term rehab services, as well as a variety of therapy and health programs.
Holden Rehab is also home to Wachusett Respiratory Care Unit and Oriol Therapy Services.
Our facilities encompass a very spacious recovery environment including private and semi-private rooms with wi-fi, telephone and cable television.
Oriol Health Care’s clinical team and Oriol Therapy Services will work with patients with a variety of conditions such as elective surgery recovery, stroke, orthopedic after care, Parkinson’s, dysphasia, multiple trauma, and cardiac concerns. The rehabilitation team creates an individualized program with our interdisciplinary team of nursing, social services, activities and dietary in conjunction with your physician. Our goal is to be an integral role in helping you regain your health and reach your maximum functional ability before returning to the community. Our comprehensive rehabilitation program consists of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Pathology. Rehab services are provided by licensed therapists and are provided up to 7 days a week.
The long term care units at our Holden and Oakdale facilities provide 24-hour care for our residents and chronically ill patients. The Oriol Health Care staff is devoted to the creation of a comforting environment and focuses on helping each resident achieve the highest level of independence and quality of life. The consistent, stable staffing of our long term care units creates a warm, home-like environment for our residents.
