Oriol Health Care Announces Exciting Career Development for Alexys Gonelli-Perrone
At Oriol Health Care, we believe in fostering the growth and development of our team members. We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in the career of one of our own, Alexys “Lexy” Gonelli-Perrone, who has been accepted into the Nursing Home Administrator in Training (AIT) program. This milestone marks the culmination of years of hard work, dedication, and a deep commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents.
A Journey of Dedication and Passion
Lexy’s journey with Oriol Health Care began in 2012 when she volunteered at the Oakdale Rehab & Skilled Nursing Center. Her passion for elderly care quickly became apparent, leading her to pursue an associate degree focused on healthcare. In 2013, Lexy took on the role of Resident Life Assistant at Oakdale, where her compassionate care and positive energy quickly made her an invaluable part of the team.
Driven by her love for the healthcare field, Lexy continued her education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Health. Her commitment to excellence and her strong work ethic led her to the role of Executive Assistant at Oriol Health Care’s Corporate Office in 2020, where she has been a key player in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.
A Dream Realized
Lexy’s acceptance into the Nursing Home Administrator in Training program is the realization of a long-held dream. Under the mentorship of Tara D’Andrea, MBA, NHA, FACHCA, our Director of Operations and a licensed nursing home administrator, Lexy will gain the hands-on experience and knowledge needed to excel in her new role. This transition not only marks a significant step in Lexy’s career but also reinforces Oriol Health Care’s commitment to nurturing talent and promoting from within.
