About the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Alzheimer’s Association:
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s is the world’s largest event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association, the Walk takes place annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, drawing people from all walks of life who are dedicated to making a difference in the fight against Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
The Alzheimer’s Association is the leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support, and research. Through their advocacy, they provide much-needed resources and support for families affected by the disease, including educational programs, caregiver support, and direct assistance. Funds raised from the Walk to End Alzheimer’s help the organization continue its mission of advancing research towards methods of prevention, treatment, and a cure.
By participating in the Walk, or donating to the cause, you are helping move us one step closer to a world without Alzheimer’s. Together, we can make a difference!
